Kevin Sayles

Kevin Sayles obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of La Verne, Magna Cum Laude and an MBA from the University of Redlands. In 1993, Kevin started his career in the real estate industry by working in banking. While working for some of the nation’s largest savings institutions, Kevin received extensive training in lending, sales, appraisals, banking back office, escrow, title, retail and commercial banking.

Kevin is a probate expert and has worked on an innumerable number of probate transactions, probate sales, trust sales, heir buyouts, etc. In addition to probate, he has strong experience and background in commercial real estate transactions.
