Shana Ackles

Shana is on a mission to leave an impact on others and that has pushed her to grow as an entrepreneur and leader. She started her career as an administrative assistant over 20 years ago and has done virtually every job in real estate. From a top producing agent to most recently, she was on the Leadership team for Keller Williams Alaska Group for 7 years, during that time sharing in the growth from 200 to over 400 agents and a thriving culture of productivity and service.

She has a unique view of business development because of her diverse professional background. Throughout her career she has studied the mindset, habits, and systems required to build a successful business, regardless of industry. Shana believes that your business will grow to the extent that you do. On average, her consulting clients have seen year-over-year business growth of 30%. More importantly they have found deep satisfaction from their careers because of the balance that Shana has helped them introduce into their lives.

Shana is a board member for the Christopher Walden Foundation of Hope with a mission to provide addiction recovery and rehabilitation facilities. Shana also has three beautiful daughters, two grandchildren and a mini Aussie named Lucy. Living in Alaska nearly her entire life, Shana is a bit of a health and fitness nut, and a lover of the outdoors.
